Eric graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelors degree in Urban Studies and received a Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami. As an intense seeker of heartfelt experiences and a citizen of the world, he grew up in several cultures, speaks multiple languages, and has lived on three continents, where his work involved a variety of entrepreneurial ventures in such industries as photo technology, real estate, hospitality, and education.

His main passion is real estate, where he is motivated by the idea of imbuing where we live, work, and play with a real sense of belonging, community, and connection – along with sustainability. His experience with addiction recovery and personal transformational trainings has also given him unique insights into healing and human psychology.

It is this deep desire to provide authentic connection and his ability to synthesize complex issues into meaningful solutions that drove him to help found the My Love Design® project to bring real love to those who seek it.

Our Story

The foundation of My Love Design® is rooted in the insight, empathy, and formal training that resulted from the life story and spiritual journey of founder Kailen Rosenberg. Through the experiences amassed in her decades-long career, Kailen detected a massive karmic need for change in our world, especially now, beginning with ourselves and our relationships. This is particularly true in what she found to be an overly transactional dating industry and a broken relationships industry, which to this day are often unsuccessful in creating and maintaining sustainable loving partnerships for those both married and single.

Throughout her illustrious career, Kailen has partnered and become dear friends with some of the world’s most revered experts in love, wellness, beauty, spirituality, and more. She found connection with these remarkable individuals through shared values and a deep passion to bring authentic love, beauty, and healing to this world. Today, they have come together at My Love Design® with the goal to combine and share their treasure trove of wisdom so that all could find and experience extraordinary love.
