Listen to your inner voice. Pay attention to your reaction to all things around you. Ask yourself whether it brings you peace, joy, and comfort or anxiety, fear, and even anger? None of these reactions are bad; they are simply teachers that show you the truth of where love and healing still need to move in. This is especially true if harmful energy is present anywhere in your life so that you can take action to remove what doesn’t serve you.
Find a space in your home that energetically represents peace, calm, and well-being. If you don’t have one, create it. It can be a small space or even a special room filled with comfortable pillows, a scented candle, some of your favorite books, or anything that brings you joy, happiness, and comfort. This is a space you will go to for a self-loving spiritual moment of retreat to process your day, your feelings, and all of the changes that are occurring.
Even if only for a few seconds, find a moment throughout each day to close your eyes and thank your higher power, world, your body, your mind, your life, and those that you love for all of the blessings that surround you.
Your love life is not the place to take shortcuts, if you do, it shows up sideways through unhappy and unfulfilling relationships, which is what you are here to change! Therefore, be mindful and self-loving as you attend the virtual training based on each specific area of your LOVE HOUSE™ build through our Love Study events (see schedule at Upcoming Events). Not only are these private on and offline events fun, enlightening, and ideal for meeting like-minded people similar to yourself, but they will also help guide you to build a better life and attract/experience your perfect Mate!
